Is your valve product CE certification, UL certification and other international certifications? Are they fully compliant with ISO, API, DIN and other international standards and industry norms?

Does your offer include transportation, insurance, etc.? How much discount can I get if I purchase in bulk?

Quotations are usually ex-works and do not include transportation and insurance costs. However, we can provide CIF price with these costs upon request. Bulk purchases will be given a corresponding discount based on the purchase volume, the larger the purchase volume, the higher the discount, the details can be negotiated according to the number of orders.

How long does it usually take from order to delivery? If my project is on a tight schedule, can I expedite production and delivery?

Normally, the lead time from order to delivery is 10 days. If the project is tight, we have a special expediting process and will do our best to meet it after evaluating production and raw material availability, but may charge a fee depending on the degree of expediting.

I have a special project that requires valves of special materials, sizes, connections and control functions, can you provide customized services?

We have strong customized production capacity. Whether it is special material, size, connection or control function, the R&D and production team have rich experience to meet your needs, and will communicate with you in detail about the project requirements for personalized design and production.

What is the warranty period for the product? How is the maintenance service provided during and outside the warranty period? What technical support can be provided?

The product warranty period is 1 years. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge for non-man-made quality problems; outside the warranty period, we will also provide long-term maintenance service and only charge the cost. We have a professional after-sales team to provide 7 × 24 hours technical support, at any time to solve your problems encountered in the use of products.

I am not familiar with valve selection, installation, commissioning, do you have a professional technical team to provide technical training and guidance?

We have a professional technical team, members of the industry with rich experience and solid professional knowledge. In the valve selection, installation, commissioning and use of the process, we can provide you with a full range of technical support and training services, whether it is on-line consulting or on-site guidance, can respond in a timely manner and provide professional solutions.

Where are the raw materials of your valves purchased from? What advanced technology is used in the production process to ensure product quality and performance?

The raw materials of the valves are all from well-known high-quality suppliers in China to ensure quality and stability. For the production process, advanced casting technology, high-precision processing equipment and strict surface treatment technology, such as CNC machining, automated welding, electrostatic spraying, etc., and each process undergoes strict quality testing to ensure high performance of the products.

The mode of transportation combines sea transportation and land transportation, which is selected according to the demand and delivery location. Sea transportation is generally different according to the destination in 30 days, land transportation depends on the distance, will cooperate with professional logistics companies to ensure that the goods are delivered safely and in a timely manner.
